What you'll do

• Research and write content to an editorial calendar
• Optimise structure and headings for search intent
• Edit and proofread your own and others’ work
• Publish through the CMS and check rendering
• Track performance and improve underperforming pieces
• Flag risks and blockers early rather than at the deadline
• Keep your tracker and status honest, including when something has slipped

Who can apply

• Any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA or equivalent from a recognised university
• 0–2 years of relevant experience — internships, academic projects and personal work all count, and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of Content Writing, SEO Writing, Keyword Research
• Comfort with a CMS, an SEO tool and an editing checklist, and the ability to pick up an unfamiliar tool without waiting to be taught it
• The judgement to know when a problem is yours to solve and when it needs escalating — and to escalate with the relevant detail attached.
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Kochi, Kerala or willing to relocate
