What you'll do

• Role: Development of Components for New Projects/Alternate sourcing through Vendors.
• Responsibilities: Development of Proprietary Vehicle components for Motorcycle & CV Projects as per Project timelines. (Components like Locks , Brakes, Fork & Shock Absorbers, Springs, Cables, Seat Belts, Drive Shaft, Steering System, CNG/LPG Kits, Cylinders, Ball Joints etc ).
• End to End responsibility for Quality , Cost ,Delivery of the Component.
• Competency Requirements
• Technical/ Functional: Knowledge of manufacturing processes – Casting, machining , Sheetmetal, Rubber molding & Assembly / Testing etc.
• Zero based costing of components .
• Supply Chain Management and Vendor Development.
• Desirable: Knowledge of tools , jigs and fixture design and costing , TPM , IATF, PPAP , APQP, SAP.

Who can apply

• Degree in Engineering , Post-graduation in Materials Management desirable.
