What you'll do

Implement and ship features against a defined specification
Write tests that cover the behaviour you added, not just the happy path
Take part in code review, both as author and reviewer
Debug production issues with logs and traces rather than guesswork
Document what you built so the next engineer does not reverse-engineer it
Flag risks and blockers early rather than at the deadline
Keep your tracker and status honest, including when something has slipped

Who can apply

B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT/ECE), BCA/MCA or B.Sc/M.Sc (Computer Science / IT) from a recognised university
0–2 years of relevant experience — internships, academic projects and personal work all count, and 2026 graduates are welcome
Working knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms, One of Java / Python / JavaScript, Git & Code Review
Comfort with Git, CI pipelines and the team’s primary language, and the ability to pick up an unfamiliar tool without waiting to be taught it
The judgement to know when a problem is yours to solve and when it needs escalating — and to escalate with the relevant detail attached.
Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
Based in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
