Who can apply

• As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and gain hands-on exposure to how hiring functions operate in a fast-growing startup. This internship is designed for someone who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn how exceptional teams are built. You'll work across tech and non-tech hiring while supporting recruitment across India and international markets, playing a meaningful role in attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for tech and non-tech roles across India and international markets
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other creative channels to build strong talent pipelines
• Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Maintain candidate data, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports across ATS and internal systems
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, campus hiring, and talent engagement activities
• Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient hiring workflows
• Coordinate offer rollouts, pre-joining communication, and onboarding handoffs
• Contribute to recruitment projects focused on process improvements, hiring analytics, and candidate experience
