What you'll do

• ● Acquire new enterprise clients by understanding their hiring challenges and employer branding needs.
• ● Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding business with existing clients
• ● Generate qualified leads through cold calls, referrals, outbound outreach, social media, and networking
• ● Lead end-to-end sales processes including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, closure, and documentation
• ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
• ● Act as a brand ambassador for apna’s ecosystem of products and services

Who can apply

• ● Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Tech Enterprise sales.
• ● Proven ability to manage and grow large enterprise accounts (past experience in managing Fortune 500 companies is a plus)
• ● Strong stakeholder management and ability to engage with senior leadership
