What you'll do
- Source and screen candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Maintain candidate trackers
- Follow up with candidates and teams
- Support onboarding formalities
- Document work clearly and act on feedback
Who can apply
- Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
- Foundational knowledge of Recruitment, Sourcing, Screening, Interview Coordination
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
- Based in or open to working from Delhi / New Delhi
