What you'll do

• a) Design and deliver complex, scalable components of the quick-commerce platform end-to-end, spanning discovery, storefront, ordering, and delivery experiences
• b) Contribute actively to the full software development lifecycle, including scoping, design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and operational support for production systems
• c) Make sound architecture and trade-off decisions on technology choices, dependencies, and resource efficiency, balancing speed of iteration with long-term maintainability and quality
• d) Collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and customer needs into technical solutions that deliver measurable impact
• e) Ensure operational excellence by identifying and resolving root causes of issues, raising the engineering bar on reliability and scaling, and sharing knowledge through code reviews

• Your day blends inventing and building stable, performant software with your team through pragmatic design discussions and thorough code reviews. You'll make critical architecture decisions — whether to reuse existing components or build new ones, which dependencies to adopt, how to optimize for resource efficiency — while pairing with senior engineers on complex technical challenges. You'll collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders to refine project ideas, then move quickly under a build-fast, iterate-fast model without compromising on quality or operational discipline.

Who can apply

• - 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
