What you'll do

• - Deliver high-quality platform solutions supporting diverse customer and merchant use cases for Amazon Pay
• - Develop and enhance web-based applications and web services that enable third-party merchants to integrate Amazon Pay
• - Design and build large-scale, distributed systems to handle high-volume transactions in a 24/7 environment
• - Contribute to the architecture, design, and evolution of new and existing systems focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance

Who can apply

• - 2+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• - Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• - Knowledge of professional software engineering & best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, software architectures, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing, and operational excellence
• - Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
