What you'll do

• We're looking for a Finance Manager who thrives in deep business partnership with senior executives, including Directors and VPs — serving as the financial owner for our Rest of World Automated Inventory Management portfolio, covering India, Japan, AMET (Africa, Middle East, and Turkey), and emerging markets across Latin America and Asia Pacific.
• This role sits at the intersection of finance and AI in supply chain — with high agency, a direct line to the regional leaders defining Amazon's inventory strategy across some of its fastest-growing markets, and the autonomy to drive investment decisions as the financial voice shaping how these systems are built, extended, and scaled into new geographies.
• We seek a candidate who is curious about how AI-driven autonomous systems shape business outcomes — comfortable interrogating model inputs, challenging assumptions, and asking "is this optimizing for the right thing?" You build trust quickly, partner closely with technical and business leaders, and know how to show up as a strategic equal at the table. You're comfortable operating at multiple altitudes — equally at ease with a data model as you are presenting to a VP.

Who can apply

• - 5+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• - 4+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience
• - 4+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience
• - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
