What you'll do

Vendor Management
Own the full vendor lifecycle: identify, vet, and onboard reliable partners
Lead rigorous contract negotiations to secure favorable terms
Establish and monitor vendor performance KPIs
Proactively resolve quality or delivery disputes to maintain supply continuity
Procurement Strategy
Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on deep cost analysis and spend management
Continuously assess the market to identify potential supply risks
Implement mitigation plans to ensure long-term resilience for our unique components
Inventory Planning

Who can apply

5–8 years of professional experience with a proven mix of strategic sourcing and day-to-day operational buying, ideally from a fast-paced startup, a hardware-centric company, or a complex manufacturing environment
Deep sourcing knowledge in at least two of the following:
Mechanical parts such as fasteners, moulds, gears, actuators
Avionics/electronics
Composites such as fabric, consumables, resins etc.
Sharp negotiation skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed procurement decisions
A rigorous problem-solving mindset with extreme attention to detail
Comfortable thriving in high-pressure, dynamic environments and executing tasks independently while navigating the complexities of a scaling supply chain
Experience in aerospace, automotive, or heavy industrial logistics
Work location: Hoskote, Bangalore (Headquarters)
