What you'll do

• Site Execution & Monitoring:
• Support the day-to-day execution of marine civil works, ensuring activities are carried out as per drawings and specifications. Monitor site progress and report deviations or delays to the Section Head.
• Resource Coordination:
• Assist in managing labor, equipment, and materials on site. Ensure timely availability of resources and escalate shortages or inefficiencies.
• Quality & Safety Compliance:
• Conduct routine inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Report non-conformities and assist in implementing corrective actions.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical inputs during construction, resolve minor site-level issues, and coordinate with design and planning teams for clarifications.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records, and material usage logs. Ensure timely submission of reports to the Section Head.

Who can apply

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Experience: 3–6 years of experience in marine civil construction or similar infrastructure projects.
