What you'll do

• Collect and analyze business needs to help design systems, improve processes, and support projects.
• Identify problems, suggest practical solutions, and ensure they meet stakeholder goals.
• Lead gap analysis and organize workshops to improve business processes and solutions.
• Track defects, resolve issues, and provide updates using tools like JIRA. Plan and perform testing, using SQL for data checks.
• Work closely with teams from business, IT, and operations to deliver and integrate solutions smoothly.
• Create training materials and user guides, and provide ongoing support to help users adapt to new systems.
• Prepare reports, business cases, and presentations to share project progress, test results, and recommendations.
• Help manage change by working with stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions.
• Support business growth by finding market opportunities, building client relationships, and assisting with proposals.
• Manage lead generation and sales pipelines using (Customer Relationship Management) CRM features, working with marketing and sales to match client needs.

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, Engg, Business Admin or related with at least 24 months of experience.
• Salary ranges between $141,336.00 to $143,000.00/year.
