• Support recruitment, screening and scheduling
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding
• Maintain HR records and trackers
• Help run employee-engagement activities
• Draft HR communications and policies
• Assist with day-to-day HR documentation

Who can apply

• Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (B.E./B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, B.A., B.Sc or an equivalent program)
• Foundational knowledge of Recruitment, MS Office, Communication or a strong willingness to learn them
• Good written and verbal communication, ownership and analytical thinking
• Based in or open to working from Delhi (Hybrid)
• Able to commit to the full internship duration
