What you'll do

Support the end-to-end recruitment process under TA-team guidance
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and other channels
Screen profiles and identify suitable candidates against hiring requirements
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
Help manage hiring trackers, recruitment reports and documentation, and gather market insights

Who can apply

Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition and people functions
Basic knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an advantage
Familiarity with Google Sheets / MS Excel and reporting tools
Exposure to CRM platforms and interest in AI-enabled sourcing tools is desirable
Ability to follow processes, maintain documentation and meet timelines
