Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Coordinate Learning & Development programs, training sessions, and maintain related records.
• Support in Performance Management activities such as review coordination, and data compilation.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and internal communication activities.
• Assist in HR operations including documentation, file management, and maintaining employee records.
• Help in preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and MIS data.
• Participate in policy implementation and other HR projects as assigned.
• Ensure timely communication and coordination across teams for smooth HR functioning.
