Who can apply

Non-negotiables
A genuinely very high degree of accountability & multitasking— when a campaign underperforms, website breaks down, community needs higher engagement, automation to be done - on time - you're the one bringing the numbers and the fix, unprompted.
High fluency with AI tools for marketing, design, content— AI-assisted content generation, AEO, SEO research tools, and no-code automation (Zapier, Make, or similar) — you should already have a personal stack
A genuine grasp of tech-based, product-led marketing, community building & engagement not just traditional brand campaigns — you think in funnels, activation loops, not just impressions.
Comfort owning both organic (community, content, AEO,SEO) and paid (performance) channels — this role doesn't get to specialise in only one for a long time.
Self-starter by nature
Excellent presentation skills. You'll be pitching partnerships to community leads and presenting growth results to the founder on a regular cadence — clarity and confidence in the room matter as much as the numbers behind you.
