What you'll do

Source candidates through job boards and LinkedIn
Screen resumes and conduct initial calls
Coordinate interviews and maintain the ATS
Build talent pipelines for open roles
Support offer and onboarding processes
Document work clearly and act on feedback

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree/diploma
Working knowledge of Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiting, Screening, Interview Coordination
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Based in or open to working from Quepem, Goa
