Screen resumes and conduct initial calls
Maintain the candidate pipeline in the ATS
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Improve job descriptions and outreach messages
Track recruiting metrics and funnels

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (B.E./B.Tech, BBA, MBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, B.A., B.Sc or an equivalent program)
Foundational knowledge of Sourcing, LinkedIn Recruiter, Screening or a strong willingness to learn them
Good written and verbal communication, ownership and analytical thinking
Based in or open to working from Mumbai (In Office)
Able to commit to the full internship duration
