What you'll do

Support the design and coordination of employee training programmes and workshops
Assist in developing content for soft-skills and other learning modules
Schedule training sessions and track attendance and participation records
Prepare presentations and reports covering ongoing HR initiatives
Build and maintain dashboards that track key HR metrics
Apply design thinking principles to identify and improve inefficient HR processes
Plan and execute employee engagement activities across the office
Collect and analyse employee feedback through surveys and pulse checks
Create internal communication materials such as mailers and announcements
Interact with employees to build awareness and understanding of company policies

Who can apply

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, management, psychology, commerce or a related discipline
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, sorting and pivot tables
Ability to build clear, well-structured presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
Strong written and spoken English for internal communication and employee interaction
An eye for visual design and layout when presenting information
Comfort working with numbers and interpreting simple data sets
Organised approach to scheduling, tracking and following up on tasks
Willingness to interact with employees across seniority levels and functions
Available to work from the Navi Mumbai office for the full three-month period
Discretion in handling confidential employee information
