What you'll do

Support front-office check-in, check-out and guest query handling.
Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B on room and event readiness.
Maintain booking records and daily occupancy reports.
Log guest feedback and escalate service issues promptly.
Document your work so the next person can pick it up

Who can apply

Education: pursuing or completed BHM/BHMCT/BBA in Hospitality or Tourism, or any Bachelor’s degree
Graduation year: 2025, 2026 or 2027 batch
Minimum 60% / 6.0 CGPA (relaxable for candidates with strong practical projects)
Technical skills: working knowledge of Guest Relations, Front Office Operations, Communication, MS Excel
Soft skills: clear written communication, ownership, willingness to document work
Experience: none required — freshers welcome; prior projects or certifications are a plus
