- Operate Pre-Shredder, Hammer Mill, Flip-Flow, ECS, Windshifter and conveyors as per SOP.
- Monitor feed rate, machine parameters and material flow.
- Perform equipment condition checks and daily checklists.
- Identify and report abnormal noise, vibration, blockage, spillage and leakage.
- Maintain required production, quality and housekeeping standards.
- Follow 5S, PPE and safety procedures.
- Inform to Shift-Engineer during abnormalities.
- Achieve daily production and recovery targets.
