IBPS has released the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs-XV) on 31 August 2026 for 13,706 posts across 43 Regional Rural Banks — Office Assistant (Multipurpose) 8,183, Officer Scale I 4,256, Officer Scale II 1,047 and Officer Scale III 220.

Eligibility Criteria
Age limit: Office Assistant 18–28 years; Officer Scale I 18–30; Officer Scale II 21–32; Officer Scale III 21–40. Relaxation: OBC 3 years, SC/ST 5 years, PwBD 10 years
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose) and Officer Scale I: Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university.
- Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): degree with at least 50% marks and two years as an officer in a bank or financial institution; specialist Scale II posts need the relevant professional degree plus experience.
- Officer Scale III (Senior Manager): degree with at least 50% marks and a minimum of five years' experience as an officer in a bank or financial institution.
- Age as on 1 September 2026: 18–28 (Office Assistant), 18–30 (Scale I), 21–32 (Scale II), 21–40 (Scale III), with the usual category relaxations.
- Proficiency in the local language of the state of the RRB applied to is essential for Office Assistant and Officer Scale I posts.
