Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Serve as the technical lead for major development initiatives, ensuring architecture, code quality, and solution integrity.
• Design and implement highly performant data and application components leveraging deep Snowflake expertise, including performance tuning, cost optimization, and secure data sharing patterns.
• Collaborate with architecture, product, and business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions aligned to standards.
• Drive engineering excellence: code reviews, CI/CD maturity, automated testing, observability, and operational readiness.
• Diagnose complex issues across distributed systems and provide guidance for long-term resolution.
• Mentor engineers, providing technical coaching and elevating overall team capability.

Who can apply

• Proven experience as a lead or senior engineer in enterprise-scale environments.
• Expert-level Snowflake experience including architecture, SQL performance tuning, resource optimization, and integration with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Strong experience with distributed systems, modern development frameworks, and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes across multiple workstreams.
