What you'll do

  • Build Tableau dashboards and workbooks for business functions
  • Write LOD expressions and calculated fields for complex logic
  • Prepare and blend data sources with Tableau Prep and SQL
  • Optimise extracts and workbooks for load performance
  • Run enablement sessions so teams can read their own dashboards
  • Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
  • Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
  • Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc (Statistics / Mathematics / Data Science), B.Com, BBA or MBA from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Tableau Prep, SQL
  • Comfort with Tableau and SQL and with cleaning messy, real-world data
  • Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
