What you'll do

  • Integrate motor, inverter, battery and charging sub-systems
  • Run bench and vehicle validation on EV sub-systems
  • Analyse efficiency, range and thermal performance data
  • Support homologation and safety compliance testing
  • Publish integration and validation reports
  • Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
  • Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
  • Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

  • B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, E&TC or Instrumentation Engineering from a recognised university
  • 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
  • Working knowledge of EV Powertrain, Battery Systems, Traction Motors
  • Comfort with battery test rigs, CAN tools and MATLAB, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
  • Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate

  2. 2Technical interview 1 — subject fundamentals, drawings and your project work
  3. 3Practical or plant round — a shop-floor, lab or design problem discussed on site
  4. 4HR discussion — compensation, notice period, joining date and offer roll-out
