What you'll do

  • We are looking for an experienced ICM Rule and Advanced Workflow Developer to support our SAP-based incentive compensation platform. This role plays a critical part in translating compensation plan design into system configuration, ensuring accurate payouts, strong governance, and efficient approval workflows.
  • You will work closely with Sales Operations, HR, Finance, and IT teams to configure calculation rules, build scalable workflows, and support ongoing compensation processing.
  • Roles & responsibilities
  • Configure and maintain complex incentive compensation calculation rules within SAP
  • Translate plan documents into system logic including rate tables, tiered curves, accelerators, thresholds, caps, and clawbacks
  • Develop eligibility and crediting rules based on role, hierarchy, territory, and business unit
  • Support compensation cycles including accruals, adjustments, and final payouts
  • Troubleshoot calculation discrepancies and perform root cause analysis
  • Validate inbound data from HR, Finance, and operational systems
  • Design and configure multi-step approval workflows for plan assignments, exceptions, and manual adjustments

Who can apply

  • 3 to 6 years of experience working with SAP-based incentive compensation systems
  • Strong understanding of incentive plan design and payout mechanics
  • Hands-on experience configuring calculation rules and Advanced workflows
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable system logic
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, HR, Finance, and IT
