Who can apply

  • Bachelor’s degree / diploma in a relevant field (freshers welcome)
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
  • 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad, Telangana (or remote where applicable)

Interview & selection process

4 rounds — typical selection flow for this role:

  1. 1Application Screening — the Torrent Power recruitment team reviews your resume, skills and (where relevant) projects/portfolio for fit with the Junior Web Developer role in Hyderabad.
  2. 2Online Assessment — a timed test covering fundamentals, problem solving and basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript questions.
  3. 3Technical / Functional Interview — a discussion of your skills, past work and a hands-on round relevant to Junior Web Developer.
