Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Rotate through design, manufacturing and quality functions on a structured plan
• Own a defined improvement project in each rotation and present the result
• Support senior engineers on live programmes and daily problem solving
• Learn the plant, product and customer requirements end to end
• Document findings and standard work for the teams you pass through
• Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
• Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
• Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action

Who can apply

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in any engineering discipline from a recognised university
• 0–1 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
• Working knowledge of Engineering Fundamentals, CAD Basics, MS Excel
• Comfort with CAD software, MS Excel and plant systems, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
• Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
• Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
• Based in Pune, Maharashtra or willing to relocate
