What you'll do

• Own and deliver multi-team, quarterly goals, taking responsibility for project success, and aligning team goals with organizational priorities.
• Convert complex requests into scalable, clean designs and code; serving as a multi-system architecture expert; proficiently debugging, managing on-call/incidents (including acting as Incident Commander and conducting postmortems); continuously focusing on maintainability and quality; and implementing security best practices.
• Contribute to the development of robust and scalable systems supporting IN/SG payroll.
• Write clean, maintainable code, contribute to improving our tech stack and processes, and participate in code reviews and design discussions to continuously learn and improve.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, other teams, and third party system to build and ship product features.
• Building strong stakeholder relationships, acting as a technical liaison, and proactively clarifying requirements.
• Mentor teammates, actively seeking and offering feedback, contributing to recruiting, driving knowledge sharing, and seeking mentorship.
