  • As a Windows Admin - Associate - Operate, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure and services to facilitate seamless operations and availability for clients. You will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing industry-leading practices for cloud-based systems. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.
  • In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will coordinate the day-to-day activities of operational systems, processes, and infrastructure required for service offerings that assist clients on their Managed Service Delivery. You will work with clients to gather requirements and manage the day-to-day business of operations, including various stakeholders and internal and external delivery partners. Within our Cloud Engineering practice, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks related to CPU, I/O, and Memory, and for migration tasks from on-premises to cloud environments.

Who can apply

  • - At least a Bachelor's degree
  • - At least 5 years of experience in Windows operating systems & VMware.
  • - Oral and written proficiency in English required
