What you'll do

• You will focus on execution and scaling enablement activities, strengthening the team’s capability within generative AI and the technology stack, including Copilot Studio. By working closely with principal roles and senior stakeholders, you will deliver hands-on support and guidance, helping citizen developers build effective solutions. Your contribution will drive adoption, foster community engagement, and support business teams in refining and implementing Copilot Studio solutions, ensuring successful self-service AI development across Novonesis.

Who can apply

• - Experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar citizen developer platform
• - Experience with project management
• - Experience working with generative AI or conversational agents
• - Interest in AI adoption and enabling others
• Additionally, we expect you to be familiar with Microsoft Ecosystem including Copilot/Cowork, Power BI and Fabric, experience supporting training and user enablement, and a basic understanding of AI/ML concepts. Your ability to support complex solution design and align technical solutions with business requirements will be highly valued.
• You will be expected to demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, a solution-oriented approach, eagerness to learn and work with emerging technologies, and the ability to structure and handle multiple tasks. A focus on service and helping others succeed is essential to this role.
