What you'll do

• Specialist: Visualization Development

Who can apply

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data visualization development, with strong focus on Power BI reporting, data modeling, and dashboard delivery.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI report development, dashboard design, semantic model creation, DAX, Power Query, and data refresh configuration.
• Ability to design, build, test, deploy, and maintain Power BI reports and data models for business users.
• Experience working with database and cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Data Lake, Snowflake, Redshift, Oracle, or similar technologies.
• Ability to write SQL queries to validate, transform, and analyze data for reporting and visualization needs.
• Understanding of data engineering concepts, data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and collaboration with Data Engineering teams.
• Advanced visualization design experience, including executive dashboards, KPI scorecards, drill-through reports, and interactive storytelling.
• Experience working in Agile delivery teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, demos, and iterative delivery.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a matrixed environment with minimal direction.
