Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications, modules, and service catalogs to support compute, storage and network infrastructure via changes, incidents, defects, etc.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms such as Ansible, VMware and Infoblox via REST APIs to automate actions in the infrastructure management systems.
• Build and maintain workflows and jobs that maintain accurate data about the infrastructure in ServiceNow CMDB.
• Follow Agile development methodology as implemented by the infrastructure automation team.
• Prepare update sets to move new code and code changes to production following the defined processes.

Who can apply

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• 4+ years of experience as ServiceNow developer in large-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM and CMDB
• Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow for reports and dashboards
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
