What you'll do

• Design and deliver full-stack features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Build maintainable frontend experiences, backend services, APIs, and data models for member-record workflows.
• Translate ambiguous product and workflow requirements into clear technical designs and incremental delivery plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Clinical, Quality, and partner engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Improve the reliability, performance, security, observability, and maintainability of production systems.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and contribute to effective testing strategies across the stack.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews, code reviews, incident response, and operational improvements.
• Identify technical debt and make pragmatic improvements that help the team move faster safely.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical degree
• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience, with meaningful experience delivering production software.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with TypeScript and modern React application development.
• 3+years backend experience with Node.js, service development, API design, and integration patterns.
