What you'll do

• The Lighting Supervisor manages a team of artists on large-scale projects to ensure efficient, high-quality delivery. Serving as a primary point of contact, this role involves close collaboration with local VFX/CG Supervisors and Production, as well as global HODs and cross-site leads.
• Tasked with upholding studio workflows, the Lighting Supervisor fosters an efficient, unified environment for the team. This role requires proactive engagement with global HODs to address emerging issues, utilizing a combination of personal technical expertise and delegated authority.

Who can apply

• Essential Skills:
• Significant experience in a Lead or Supervisor role within high-end film VFX.
• A deep understanding of physically plausible lighting and lookdev workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Houdini, Solaris and USD based workflows
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under the pressure of production deadlines.
• Strong technical knowledge of industry-standard lighting software and renderers.
