What you'll do
- Deliver the daily production plan on output, quality and safety
- Track OEE, downtime and rejection and act on the losses
- Coordinate manpower, material and maintenance for the line
- Drive small improvements in cycle time and manning
- Publish daily and monthly production reports
- Maintain accurate technical records and traceability for your work
- Follow plant safety, quality and environmental standards at all times
- Escalate issues early and close them with verified corrective action
Who can apply
- B.E./B.Tech in Industrial, Production, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of experience in an engineering, plant or quality function — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Production Planning, Line Balancing, OEE Tracking
- Comfort with ERP, MS Excel and shop floor systems, and with reading and working to a drawing or specification
- Ability to read an engineering drawing, follow a standard, and explain a technical result clearly to production or the customer
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Bengaluru, Karnataka or willing to relocate
