Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Administer, configure, and maintain the DocuSign CLM platform, including users, permissions,
• templates, workflows, metadata, and repositories.
• Create and maintain commercial document templates — including Master Services Agreements,
• service orders, order forms, amendments, and renewals — using legal language and clauses
• approved by the Legal team.
• Develop and maintain DocuSign CLM workflows for document generation, review, approval,
• negotiation, signature, storage, amendments, and renewals.
• Configure conditional content and clause selection based on product, pricing, transaction type,
• Support the generation of service orders and commercial documents from Salesforce CPQ quotes
• and quote line information, and maintain related field mappings between Salesforce CPQ,

• drive them to resolution.
• Identify opportunities to simplify contract processes, reduce manual effort, and accelerate
• contract execution.

• guidance on broader architectural or strategic decisions.
