What you'll do

• The Solutions Engineer is a customer-facing technical expert who bridges the gap between product, engineering, customer service, operations and sales to design, demonstrate, and implement scalable solutions. This role translates business requirements into technical architectures, leveraging APIs, configurations, workflows, and cloud platforms to deliver measurable customer value.
• You will partner across teams to accelerate revenue, enable successful implementations, and ensure customers fully realize the value of our platform.

Who can apply

• Proficiency in one or more languages (Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Java, C#)
• Experience with SDKs, API documentation tools (Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI)
• Ability to debug complex system interactions and integration issues
• Data & Automation
• Experience integrating enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, HRIS, marketing platforms)
• Familiarity with event streaming, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to AI/ML or automation tools (increasingly valuable in modern environments)
• Business & Soft Skills
• Strong ability to translate technical concepts into business value and outcomes
• Consultative approach to problem-solving and solution design
