What you'll do

  • Own the launch plan and lifecycle strategy for an assigned product portfolio
  • Translate market research into product positioning and field messaging
  • Train and align the sales team on product USPs and objection handling
  • Track prescription trends and adjust the plan as the market shifts
  • Coordinate with regulatory and medical teams to keep claims compliant
  • Manage the product marketing budget and report performance to leadership
  • Ensure promotional material clears UCPMP and regulatory review before release
  • Track brand performance against prescription and market-share data
  • Brief and manage creative and research agencies to keep campaigns on time and on brand

Who can apply

  • B.Pharm/MBA (Marketing or Pharma Management) from a recognised university
  • 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, brand management or a related commercial function — relevant hands-on experience required
  • Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management, Launch Planning, Market Research Interpretation
  • Comfort with IQVIA/AWACS data, MS Excel and launch-planning tools and with reading prescription and market-share data
  • Ability to turn a market read into a clear brand plan and defend it to sales and medical stakeholders
  • Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
  • Based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate
