Skills you'll use

What you'll do

• Deep dive into pricing datasets to uncover patterns and surface clear optimization paths, building out a best-in-class analytical toolkit as you go
• Design, run, and analyze online experiments (A/B tests), applying industry best practices to turn results into confident decisions
• Build and maintain clear, user-friendly dashboards and reports that track pricing KPIs, and train stakeholders to use them well
• Partner with engineering, product, and revenue teams to pinpoint key business challenges and translate analysis into recommendations they can act on
• Drive action to improve pricing KPIs, using the 80/20 rule to focus on the most impactful work and showing creativity and persistence in clearing roadblocks
• Stay close to key metrics and trends so you can proactively flag business opportunities and suggest next moves

Who can apply

• You have a master’s degree in engineering, economics, statistics, or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
• You have 5+ years of experience in analytics — experience in pricing or the travel industry is a plus
• You have mastery of SQL and have worked in complex data ecosystems; you are comfortable in Python or R, and experience with Spark/Databricks or Airflow is a plus
• You have demonstrated knowledge of statistics and online experimentation
• You have solid business acumen and strong problem-solving skills, and you connect data to insights people can act on
• You communicate and present with clarity, making complex information easy for any audience to follow
