Who can apply

• · Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex industry, solution and service narratives.
• · Proven ability to strategize, orchestrate and run end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across multiple stakeholders, channels and execution teams.
• · Ability to create strong campaign briefs and guide content writers, designers, web developers, sales teams and Central Marketing without personally executing every production activity.
• · Understanding of brand positioning, industry marketing, thought leadership, digital marketing, campaign activation and performance tracking.
• · Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns, assets, approvals, timelines and stakeholder inputs in parallel.
• · Ability to interpret marketing data and recommend improvements to campaign targeting, messaging, content and channel strategy.
• · Creative mindset with the ability to develop ideas aligned with EXL’s brand, CME market priorities and buyer needs.
• · Qualification: MBA or postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing or related field preferred.
