What you'll do
- Analyse funnels, retention, activation and engagement
- Design and read out A/B experiments with correct statistics
- Define product metrics and keep instrumentation honest
- Build self-serve dashboards for product and design teams
- Turn behavioural data into specific product recommendations
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc/MBA or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 1–4 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — relevant hands-on experience required
- Working knowledge of SQL, Product Analytics, A/B Testing
- Comfort with SQL, Mixpanel/Amplitude and Excel and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha or willing to relocate
