What you'll do
- Engineering & Technical Leadership: Lead engineering teams building scalable, reliable, customer-facing products.
- AI & AI-Native Engineering: Drive adoption of AI-assisted software development and AI engineering tools across engineering teams.
- Product Engineering: Own engineering delivery for customer-facing products from discovery through launch and operation.
- Technical Architecture & Engineering: Strong understanding of modern full-stack, cloud-native, and distributed system architecture.
- People Leadership: Build, lead, and retain high-performing engineering teams.
Who can apply
- Experience with NoSQL/document databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, or Firestore.
- Strong understanding of AWS or GCP.
- Working knowledge of React and modern frontend development.
- Experience with APIs, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous systems.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
- Strong understanding of observability, reliability, security, and production operations.
- Practical understanding of AI/LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, and AI agents.
- Experience using or leading adoption of AI coding and engineering tools.
