What you'll do
- Write, optimise and document SQL for analysis and reporting
- Model and join data across many source tables reliably
- Build the curated datasets that feed dashboards
- Reconcile query output against source systems before publishing
- Support ad-hoc data requests with fast, correct answers
- Validate and reconcile numbers before publishing, and document data caveats
- Automate recurring reporting to free up time for real analysis
- Present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Who can apply
- B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc or an equivalent degree from a recognised university
- 0–3 years of experience in analytics, reporting or MIS — freshers and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of SQL, Query Optimisation, Joins & Window Functions
- Comfort with SQL and relational databases and with cleaning messy, real-world data
- Ability to define a metric precisely and explain a result to a non-technical stakeholder
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Faridabad, Haryana or willing to relocate

- 1Resume screening and profile shortlisting by the talent acquisition team
- 2Technical interview 1 — SQL joins, aggregations, window functions and data modelling
- 3Case study / take-home assignment on a real dataset, with a walkthrough of your approach
