What you'll do

• We are looking for an experienced ABS-ESC calibration engineer to lead and support active safety and New Braking Systems activities across the product development lifecycle, with a strong focus on ABS-ESC calibration function, and customer-facing project execution.
• In this role, you will work closely with OEM customers, project teams, and cross-functional engineering stakeholders to drive, develop, calibrate & validate the control algorithms to meet customer, company & regulatory performance requirement and support successful project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who combines deep technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement.

Who can apply

• Experience with powertrain calibration & interfaces to ESC & AEB preferred
• Conduct Vehicle tests in summer and winter sessions and calibrate system performance per Bosch, Customer's and legal requirements.
• Troubleshooting in vehicle for hardware, software & DAQ during development.
• Interface with customers to provide technical support.
• Follow company development and quality processes.
• Support other group/departments in project acquisition and technical activities.
• Flexible mindset of working on Test Tracks across India.
