What you'll do

• Functional UAT Tester Role Description
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
• Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
• Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure alignment with business expectations.
• Facilitate UAT execution by coordinating with business users and providing necessary support.
• Document UAT results, feedback, and obtain formal sign-off from stakeholders.
• Ensure all critical business scenarios and edge cases are covered during UAT.
• Track, analyse, and resolve issues identified during UAT in collaboration with development and QA teams.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation of test cases, defects, and resolutions.
• Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.

Who can apply

• Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA,ADO or similar.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
• ⁠Exposure to Agile methodologies and sprint-based testing cycles.
• Knowledge in API testing using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
