What you'll do

• You will emphasize partnership and servant leadership within your team and the organization, collaborating closely with engineers, business stakeholders, and data science teams to design, test, and deliver scalable, cloud-native enterprise solutions. In this role, you will contribute to building test automation for feature-rich, high-performing applications using technologies such as React/HTML, C#, REST APIs, Docker, and MS/Progress SQL, while ensuring these solutions are production-ready and integrated seamlessly with broader enterprise platforms.
• Working in a fast-paced Agile environment, you will play a critical role as an SDET/QA specialist, conducting both manual and automated testing to ensure software meets defined business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. You will develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines to improve testing efficiency, reliability, and overall software quality.
• You will actively participate in technical discussions and code reviews, championing a strong culture of quality, test automation, and engineering excellence. Additionally, you will continuously enhance your own skills and contribute to the growth of the team through experimentation, training, and knowledge sharing.
