What you'll do
- Partner with clients to understand technical requirements, manage expectations, and guide analysis activities.
- Define and execute integrated system and testing strategies for aligned services.
- Perform high-level gap and impact analysis and delegate detailed analysis as appropriate.
- Oversee data conversion, interface strategy, and integration with Shared Services.
- Ensure maintenance of regression test plans and integration of test execution and quality.
- Lead deployment execution, production stabilization, and system abend monitoring.
- Drive precise technical documentation, including gap analysis and transition artifacts.
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team environment.

- Role Description
- The Lead Analyst – Technology has overall accountability for the technology work—system analysis, configuration, and quality assurance—of Alight’s proprietary benefits system for one or more aligned service or product lines, such as Health Management (HM). The role may support one or multiple clients based on business needs.
