What you'll do

• As a Salesforce Senior Developer within the Agilent IT Team, you will be part of a high-performing global team responsible for delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Services, and IT teams to design, develop, configure, integrate, and support scalable Salesforce capabilities across Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, and related platforms, including integrations with Marketing Cloud and enterprise systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including configuration, customization, integration, and production support.
• Strong development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processing, and Salesforce platform services.
• Strong Salesforce configuration knowledge, including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, permissions, profiles, roles, sharing rules, validation rules, approval processes, and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality and core CRM business processes.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics, including data modeling, insights, dashboards, reporting, and analytics use cases.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Marketing Cloud and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, events, connectors, or other integration patterns.
• Experience designing and supporting MuleSoft-based integrations, including API-led connectivity, error handling, end-to-end monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability setup for reliable enterprise integration operations.
• Understanding Salesforce security, data access, sharing model, platform limits, and performance considerations.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods, Jira, version control, CI/CD, and Salesforce deployment tools.
