What you'll do
- Research and write content to an editorial calendar
- Optimise structure and headings for search intent
- Edit and proofread your own and others’ work
- Publish through the CMS and check rendering
- Track performance and improve underperforming pieces
- Flag risks and blockers early rather than at the deadline
- Keep your tracker and status honest, including when something has slipped
Who can apply
- Any graduate — B.E./B.Tech, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA or equivalent from a recognised university
- 0–2 years of relevant experience — internships, academic projects and personal work all count, and 2026 graduates are welcome
- Working knowledge of Content Writing, SEO Writing, Keyword Research
- Comfort with a CMS, an SEO tool and an editing checklist, and the ability to pick up an unfamiliar tool without waiting to be taught it
- The judgement to know when a problem is yours to solve and when it needs escalating — and to escalate with the relevant detail attached.
- Attention to detail, ownership and the discipline to document your work
- Based in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh or willing to relocate (remote candidates across India may also apply)
